Join us for the debut of our In the Kitchen with Kolucan: Hands-On Chef Education Series, featuring an unforgettable hands-on tamale-making class led by Chefs Gino Calleja and Jose Rojas.

In this interactive culinary experience, you’ll learn the art of traditional tamal-making—from prepping masa to incorporating your fillings and wrapping your own creations. Each guest will assemble three birria and queso tamales with their choice of filling and take them home (raw) to steam and enjoy later.

Each ticket includes:
• A masa prep lesson with all ingredients
